Ingredients:
Wild Turkey Tail mushroom fruiting bodies (Trametes versicolor)
Lemongrass
Ginger root
Tulsi
Ashwaganda root
Rosehips
Hibiscus flowers
Schisandra berries
How to prepare:
Take 1 teaspoon of tea mix per cup, pour just boiled water over it, cover and let it steep for 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy straight up or with honey and lemon. Use strained tea up to 3 times.
For more concentrated brew, place 1 teaspoon of tea mix per cup in a small pot, add water, simmer for 20 - 60 minutes (depends on the desired strength). Strain, save the solids for another brew, enjoy the tea straight up, with lemon or honey.
